I'm working on a form when sending email need a specific format for a program to a third party. This software take email data to complete information in this program.

What I need is to reserve the first 24 characters for the name and the field variables occupy the character 25 onwards.

I enclose image with the original formatting and another with the format I'm getting there.

    Original Format:

    Jotform result:

If you need to leave more space between your label field and the inputted data, simply go into the edit mode of your form and add the space with the space bar of you keyboard:

    Result:

    BDavid Thanks for your answer!

But it does not work for me for the following reasons. The notification form is in plain text can not be in tables.  When I use spaces are not aligned vertically.

This was the email I received:

    This I want to do:

    Appreciate the assistance given.

    Hello grupovision,

I did check your email alert and found that though it appears in text mode but it is still using html template. Please check the screenshot below:

I believe you will have to use old UI to to make you notification email alert to display in plain text. Let me do further tests and get back to you if I am able to find any options to achieve your requirement.

    Thank you!

Hi, as a workaround, I'd like to suggest you change the font family of your email notification to a monospace font.

The only monospace font we have on the editor is Andale Mono. However, this will surely do the trick for your spacing requirement:

    Thanks to both
But definitely the problem is that I need plain text.

As I can convert the format to Plain Text?

It is very important to me.
    Thank you!

To switch to Text mode you will need to use our old interface of email notification. To switch to old interface inside of your Form Builder add &old at the end of the form URL and then press "enter" key on your keyboard to reload the page.

Then open your email Notification and click on option Switch to Text Mode

Reserve characters for the name Image 2 Screenshot 61

Reserve characters for the name Image 3 Screenshot 72

This is how your email notification will look in text Mode.

To switch back to new interface, replace &old with &test.

Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.
