User account suspended for phishing

    Hi,

    Our account (username SOMIAMA) has been suspended by "phishing". We registered it about 48 hrs ago, and created two forms: a contact form and a form to apply for a grant supported by our non-profit organization.  We used two of the templates availables at your site without changes (except for the spanish translation). Is there really a phishing issue (and if so, how we can fix it and avoid it?) or is a extremely sensitive phishing detection question?

    I see that the account is auto-suspended by our anti-phishing system which is strict to scan each form to calculate the probability of phishing activities. It is not allowed to create login forms or collect sensitive information like Credit card numbers, etc through JotForm. Such forms are considered as phishing forms and associated accounts are automatically suspended. Please refer to our terms of usage for more information on phishing forms.

    I have verified your forms and they seem to be normal and clean. I have activated your account and you should be able to see your forms now. Sorry for the trouble caused.

    Hi!

    My forms are also disabled and I have posted several times with no response. Just found this article hoping someone can help. My business literally cant run without my forms.

    I believe the error was mine. I didnt know I couldnt have credit card form. I have since deleted it.
