    Form Builder: Unable to open the options from the gear icon of the Text Field.

    We use JotForm everyday, and all of sudden cannot manage multiple fields in any of our forms. Is this a glitch? Please advise ASAP.

    I have tested Manage Multiple Fields option on few of my form, but I was not able to replicate mentioned issue. Manage Multiple Fields option is working properly on my end. I was able to create new fields. 

    Are you unable to select Manage Multiple Fields option or new fields are not created? Can you please clone one of the forms on your account and provide us ID of that form, so that we can test it. 

    I have cleared form cache on your account. Please try one more time. You can also try to use different browser.

    Not fixed unfortunately.

    Same result in either Chrome or IE. 

    Never had this happen before. We have LOTS of forms.

    We are unable to select the star-like button next to the "Edit HTML" button, on the right of each field, which is where you access "manage multiple fields" for things like multiple deletions or duplications. This problem is consistent on all our computers.

    Clone of form has been created. Not sure what you mean by ID, but if it's the multiple numbers in the url, it's 61936591383162

    Please help.

    I checked your clone and made some tests. It appears that the issue lies on the gear icon on the text field. I was also unable to open the options from the gear icon on the top right of the text fields. However, I was able to open the options in other fields such as textboxes and text areas. From my tests, the issue only occurs on the Text Field.

    I will have to forward this to our backend team for further investigation. We will let you know on this thread once we have an update. Regards.
