Hi! On my only form I have some conditions that should send email to different email addresses depending on which value the user selects from a drop list on the form.
This has been working great, but we needed to add a new item to the combo and ever since then the emails have not been properly sending..
Help! Thank you!

I have checked your JotForm and notice that the conditions are set to a single item in the dropdown for sending emails.
You may need to edit the conditions to match your requirement by changing the rules set. Please be noted that the notifications will be sent only if the rules set in the conditions are true.
