I had a customer that just 30 minutes ago, submitted a form with payment, i recieved the payment but no form, nor is their any recorn in my jot form account?
why is this?

If you're referring to the form "Party packages", kindly check your form's submissions page and click the Incomplete Payments button (it currently contains 3 entries).
If you find the missing submission there, click the "Complete Submission" to bring it over to your form's submissions page.
Additionally, you will need to configure your Paypal account's IPN settings to point to our server's IPN page. This is to allow Paypal to notify our servers if a payment went through, which in turn will trigger sending of email notifications.
