How to remove the allow other option field?

I am using the 'shuffle options' setting in the properties of a question. However I would like the last couple of options to always remain at the end (e.g. 'Don't know', 'Would rather not say' and 'other'). Is there a way to fix certain field while the rest a randomized?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to force other options to be placed at the bottom since you enabled the Shuffling options.

You can try spreading the options in to 2 columns.
