I just realized today that all submissions (490 of them) for one of my forms have been cleared. There are 490 submissions, but all data is empty. Can you please assist me with this as soon as possible, can I restore these submissions somehow?
Has something happened on my end that caused this?

Thanks for reporting.
I can see a huge list in your form submissions columns that are now blank.
By the way, the following fields in your forms are read only. May we know how you come up with values on these fields? Is it from another form or through a custom URL parameters?
I will also escalate this to our developers so they can further investigate. You will be informed here once this is resolved.

Yes, the values that show up in those read-only fields are pre-filled with name of reviewer and status "pending" or "done".
If status is "pending", then I use conditional statements to unhide a field ("personal code") which can then be filled out and the reviewer can proceed to next page.
(Edited to add: forms were pre-filled by importing submissions via import.jotform.io. I had a large number of fields that needed to be pre-filled, and using URL was not a solution for me because URLs can be manipulated with to change the pre-filled value. So I imported pre-filled submissions, and sent form EDIT links to reviewers)

I have checked your form and I can see the issue as well; however, I can see that my colleague has already opened a ticket for this, our developers will investigate the issue and we will let you know when this is resolved.

I'm just mentioning the below FYI in case the info will be useful to the developers, it looks like conditionally-filled values may not have been restored correctly:
I made a very complicated form with a 3-level workflow (forms are re-edited 3 times).
For example, see screenshot below.
1st Reviewer Status (column 3) is set to Pending by default (via conditions). When he submits his review, Status (column 3) is changed to Done, and is set to Pending for 2nd Reviewer (column 6).
Now, the Status field (which is conditionally-filled) is a bit messed up because 1st Reviewer already submitted his review, but his status (column 3) is still showing as Pending.
I haven't looked at all the submissions and all other fields yet.
Please note that I'm only saying this FYI in case some other JotForm users might have a similar issue now with conditionally-filled fields. I have enough data to redo these conditionally-filled parts on my end and I will re-upload the submissions with correct data.
You have saved me a lot of embarrassment and a lot of late working hours.

Sorry - looks like I still have a problem.
I have fixed the data of the submissions now and tried to import them via import.jotform.io, but they are again coming up as blank.
I have used import.jotform.io for this particular form a bunch of times over the last few weeks and have never had a problem with it.
Can you please check what is the issue now?
