Can I upload an excel sheet of products

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. Do you mean to say that you want to display an excel file in your form? 

Yes it is possible to achieve your requirement by adding "Spreadsheet" widget to get similar effect or add "Iframe Embed" widget to embed google spreadsheet in form. 

If you want to import products form your excel file to your payment question, unfortunately it is not possible to achieve this. You will have to manually add the products in your payment question.
