I took the original format from a spanish language form and now I can't get the language to change for the hints. I went into preferences and tried to change it to English, but it didn't seem to take.
For example, if I try to submit the form without filling in required information, the error messages are in Spanish. Can you tell me how to convert those error messages to English?

Since you have not specified the form where you are experiencing this issue I tried to test all the forms in your account and I was unable to reproduce the issue.
Here is the only form with the required fields in your account that I tested and it is showing errors in English.

Please try to clear your browser's cache and then check if the issue persists.

I apologize, I haven't noticed that you have in fact specified the name of the form. The image I have provided is from that form.
Let us know if the issue persisted when you emptied your browser's cache.
