Image uploaded for form background appears to be corrupted

    Dear Jotform,


    I had a little complication during the uploading of my images. Actually I wanted to upload a new image in the "design" mode as a background, but after the upload, only the malfunction icon showed up instead of the image's thumbnail. The strange thing is that many other images been uploaded successfully and only a few of the were useless.

    I tried to resize the image, change the format and aspect ratio as well, but the results were the same.

    Please be that kind and let me know what can be the reason for this issue,

    I tried uploading several images of different types in the design mode and was able to successfully upload each one.  Either the image file is corrupt or there were issues with uploading images at that time.  I am not aware of any recent upload issues with the designer.
