Name and Emails are no longer forwarded to MailChimp

    I appreciate you fixing this and one more thing.
    When somebody completes my JotForm, they have to enter their name, email
    and other info. This is suppose to put them into my MailChimp contact list
    and it is not. Is this tied into JotForm also?

    I checked the MailChimp integration in your form 51387458525969 and it is still active.

    However, if the form data stops coming into your MailChimp account, we suggest to reintegrate your form with MailChimp. This is to ensure that the MailChimp API used on the integration is still valid and working. This mostly resolves the problem.
