i cloned a form and made changes and now when i get a email from a filled out response - it emails me the the old form

i dont know how to update the response i get from a form i cloned

The quickest way to update your notification to the newest fields and such would be to delete your current notification and create a new one:

While editing your form, click on the "Emails" tab to show a list of notifications.  Delete the one that was carried over from the previous form, then, add a new one.  When a new notification is created, it includes all current form fields, form title and so on.
