Hi, I just created a form today, and while I was able to make it, I cannot preview it nor can I see it from the link used from publishing: https://form.jotform.com/61944731036152
It says that my form is in restore mode, it says this for the other form I made in 2015 as well. What can I do to prevent this from happening? Googling provided no answers so I am asking here. Thank you in advance!Page URL:

Hey, glad you're back on creating more forms :) The reason it's showing "restore mode" was because your account is in a dormant state. I took the liberty of reactivating your account so your forms (the current one and the one back in 2015) should now work properly.
