Is there a way to redirect to a URL that the user has entered into one of the form's fields?

I'm afraid we have auto-redirecting feature that will pick entered URL on user's submitted forms.
I hope when users complete filling required field in your form it is sent as report. You can check on the submitted information and use browser enter the URL link and access the site.
What we support is redirection to site after user completes fillingyour form, i have some few guide links if you may look at them; http://www.jotform.com/help/38-How-to-Redirect-to-a-Page-After-Form-Submission
Thanks for contacting us and choosing Jotform!

You cannot redirect to a page user enters but if you have a dropdown field with options, you can change the redirected URL depending on the choice the user made.
Use the conditional logic feature to redirect users to a different page url according the form inputs. Just choose the rule Change Thank You URL after submission to redirect your users to different pages based on their inputs.
