CSS to change text of "Button Radios" widget.

Hi. I've previously had a question about one particular button checkbox on my form

    #input_113

It is a bit wide because of my choice to have such a huge amount of label text on 3 of the buttons.

Wondering if this widget has the capacity to have similar feature of the button radio widget, whereby when you roll your mouse over the button, the text can change?

If this were the case, I could reduce the size of this particular widget a bit, because I could put some of the longer text on those three buttons on the 'roll-over' text.

Failing this, I might have to change the widget to one of the multi-select dropdowns or the asm widget or something

    Hello Benflips,

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. Do you mean to say that you want to display only part of the text in the button radio button option and on mouse over, you want to display the complete text.

Please confirm and I believe it it possible to achieve this by injecting custom css code.

We will wait for your response.

    Thank you!

What I mean, is that with the button radio widget, you have an option of having button (radio) text, and then different text that displays when you roll your mouse over each button (but before you have selected a button.

With the button checkbox widget, this is not a standard feature.

For the widget above, because I have chosen (on 3 of the buttons in particular) to put a very long string of text, the button width must be very wide to display it all.

What I wanted to know was whether this widget can have the same properties as the button radio widget, to have alternative text show when you roll the mouse over?

If it can, then I can take the text in parentheses (example on buttons 2 and 3) and display that as 'roll over' text. This would then mean I could reduce the overall width of the buttons somewhat and therefore the overall width of the widget.

    Hello Benflips,

I have now understood your requirement correctly. Please note that the hover text feature of "Radio Button" widget is an built in feature but the same is not available in "Button chekboxes" widget.

Let me do some tests and get back to you if it is possible to achieve by injecting custom css code in button checkbox widget.

    Thank you!
