Unsubscribe from marketing emails

The unsubscribe link at the bottom of your marketing email does not seem to lead to an actual unsubscribe page.  Additionally, I cannot find a way to modify my email preferences when I log in to my account.  Please advise how to unsubscribe from your emails.

Our apologies for the confusion on the unsubscribe page.

I just checked your email and it is already on the unsubscribe list from newsletter emails.

You can also manually usubscribe emails via this page https://www.jotform.com/unsubscribe/myemail@email.com. Just replace the email with your email.
