Create PDF Form error
- montaukAsked on March 29, 2012 at 10:35 AM
on the list of forms screen, there is an option to Create PDF Form in the "more" options.
I am clicking it and getting just this error on a page.
{"error":"WKPDF shell error, return code 139.","success":false,"duration":"1.596"}

Have you tried using a different browser I tested this function and was able to generate a PDF of the Form without any errors. Please also make sure that you have PDF reader enabled in the browser since upon clicking on the button this would open the PDF file. Also try clearing the browser cache and see if that helps.
Let us know if this works. - montaukAnswered on March 29, 2012 at 10:55 AM
chrome gets that error i posted above.
IE 9 opens the pdf with an error in it :
(v8_build_source.js:38: Error loading file load( configFile + '.js'); ^)

Thank you for the quick response, I noticed that the domain assigned for the form is jotformpro.com the forms can only work on the domain which were assigned to them. Were you using jotformpro.com when logging in to your account to create the PDF form? If this is not the case please use http://www.jotformpro.com to login to your JotForm account and then Create a PDF Form.
Please give this a try and let us know the results. Thanks!
