I checked our logs and it appears that the email notifications and the autoresponders were sent successfully. You can also check this on your end by following this guide: How to View All Your Form Email History.
Please check your spam box to see if the emails were sent there. Please also make sure that noreply@jotform.com is in your trusted senders list. For more info on email problems, you may also check out this article: Why I am not receiving email notifications?
