Can you please advise why my forms are disabled?
We have been using this secure forms for years with this system and our clients are save with us and never had any problems at all.I look forward to hearing back from you soon.Kindest regardsAlfonso Massa Naples Villas

We can re-activate your account but we need to delete those guilty fields. Let us know if that is okay with you.

Thank you very much. We are all sorted now. Can we set up a payment request form via Stripe? Will it be any extra cost on top of Stripe handling fee? Thank you for your support.

Yes you should be able to create a Stripe payment integration. There are no extra costs for the integration. All payments will be handled by Stripe. JotForm only transfer the data from the form to the payment processor.
However, please take note that for Free plan, you only have 10 payment submissions. Please check our pricing page for more information.
