Editing a submitted form and re-submitting a revised entry

Asked by lordcenon on March 29, 2012 at 01:37 PM

If I have a number of users who have submitted a FORM, and want to retrieve his form or a number of forms, he likes to edit some of the entries inputted in that form and re-submits

Also, I want to create different report to contain only specific fields to appear or printed.

    Kindly advise.

    Thanks and regards,

    @ lordcenon

You can let users update an entry on a later date.

First create an auto-responder email. Then add {edit_link} tag to the body of the email. You may also create a clickable edit link for your autoresponder.

When a user submits the form they will receive a confirmation email and it will contain a link to the pre-filled form. Then they can update their entry.

Regarding to your other inquiry. If you take a look at the picture, you will see on the right hand side a column that shows form fields you might like to have included in the submission

Hope you find this guide helpful
