We offer a lot of integrations with different CRM platforms, just go to this page https://apps.jotform.com/category/crm and pick the CRM you're using to start the integration.

You may also do this straight form the Form Builder. Just click the INTEGRATIONS menu at the top > pick CRM from the category list > then look for the CRM you're using:
