Form does not scroll, background image sized incorrectly

I have created a very long form called the Reception Planner Form.  https://form.jotform.com/61605702335146.  In the preview in Jot Form it looks great.  The page background is appropriately sized, and there is a couple and some flowers on the left.  The form background scrolls over the images and the page background is fixed in place. 

But, when it is in Weebly.com, the same form looks very different. The image seems far to stretched long, The form background is fixed so the whole image - page background and form background - move together when scrolled. The couple and flowers on the left do not show at all. 

Is there a way to fix this?  I have tried several methods in the builder and from the forum, but nothing has worked.
