I had found a contract online and altered it to fit my needs but when I get it back from the client, it reads and looks completely different then what the client sees and signs. Is thee any way I can adjust this?Page URL:

Probably the best way would be to re-create the Email Notifier. Be mindful that all headings and text fields need to be copied manually.
I created this guide for you how to do that:
So I created new notifier and copied some of your text fields and heading(just for showing) you have to do it in your notifier for all of them.
That way you will have them all in Notifier same like your customers see it in the form.
