Can you please describe more the steps on how to produce the problem.
I test the Mailchimp integration but I could not encounter the verification requirement you mentioned when I was using the integration.

Sorry for any confusion. You are not asked to verify the jotform domain when setting up the integration within Jotform for your form. The message I first showedis from within Mailchimp when in your subscribers list. The integration had already been done successfully when I first set up the form last year and hadn't touched it since. I hope by your attempts you haven't messed with any settings I had already had with that integration? :) The issue isn't from this end, but within Mailchimp. And if this is now what Mailchimp are doing in order to have welcome emails sent, it may well make using their integration unless. Mailchimp insist that if you're going to use their service that you have to include a personal or business email address for people to be able to reply to. That's just ridiculous to have people responding to a subscriber's welcome email when other business's don't do that. Given that there is a unsubscribe link in the mailchimp welcome email anyway. And it also invites the potential for more spammers.

I hope by your attempts you haven't messed with any settings I had already had with that integration?
In the screencast video I provided, I was testing it on my own form in my own Form Builder. I merely cloned your form. So no worry since I did not touch anything on your account form.
Since I could not fully simulate a test subscriber to my MailChimp testing, I could not verify at this time if MC is indeed now alerting the subscriber with the requirement that jotform domain must have permission.
I will elevate this thread to our neext level support so that they can investigate properly if there is issue between JotForm and Mailchimp integration.
We will let you know here for any updates on the status.

I would assume that you have as JotForm email (such as email@example.com) as the 'from address' on your list setting. The extra verification process seems to be a change in MailChimp's policy. They probably added this as a measure to curb spam or to prevent an invalid email being set as the 'from address'.
Unfortunately, as this issue is out of our control, there is nothing we can do here.
