    Form Email Invitation: Oops.. Reached your limits - error

    Still can not send contracts to clients 

    My account keeps saying "oops you've reached your limit" for days now.  I have only 11 out of 100.  How can I get this fixed as soon as possible?  Thank you for your help!

    Your account is currently active. Please take note though that for free accounts, the maximum submissions emails per hour is 20. 

    Please wait for another hour and try it again. Thank you.

    We were able to reproduce the 'Oops.. Reached your limits' error within you account. It has been escalated to our developers, and we will let you know once we have any updates on this.

    In the meantime, you might consider getting the direct form link and sharing it with your clients.

    I am having this exact same problem. I am responding to submissions, of which there are 35 and began getting the Oops reached your limits error. I logged out and came back two hours later and still couldn't respond to the rest of my submissions. I logged out overnight and same thing, I am receiving the same error. How to correct it so I may respond to my remaining submissions?

    @Cindy,

    We have received an update from our developers on that matter, the limit is actually per day, not per hour.

    For Free accounts: 20 emails / day
    For Paid accounts: 1000 emails / day

    I haven't sent any replies since Tuesday, when I first got the error. I tried yesterday and again today, and I am still getting the error. I only have 35 submissions, so I should have been able to accomplish  all the replies in 2 days. 

    Please advise.
