We have specific customer order that is omitting the shipping out of the total transacted amount. It is only happening with one company. There were no issues previously. On the jot form printout the running total is correct but then the transacted amount is not. Could please advise or fix this? Thanks

Which has a payment integration and I can see it is working fine, it adds the shipping cost, please see my screenshot below:
Is the issue still happening on your end?
Please do get back to us if so and please provide us the link/name of your form, we will be glad to check it and find why it is not calculating the shipping cost properly.

What happened was: when you were toggling between badge options using the tab key on some of the forms, (not all of the forms) the shipping would suddenly disappear and not be added to the total. This was corrected by enabling the shipping again on each of the forms, they all got somehow disabled. This issue has been resolved. Thank you for your swift response.
