Payment not being accepted

I've just had a client try to pay with a credit card. They have put the country in as Ireland and I am based in Ireland. However, it is telling them that the country is not supported.

 

Please can you advice.

PayPal accepts all major credit cards from Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Can you please confirm, which Credit card is declined by the system.

I would request you, can you please try to test it with another credit card. So we can confirm, the issue is common, or specific only for few user or few credit card type.

I did. I tried it last night with credit card and it came up Country not
supported. I really need to get this sorted as soon as possible.

I also checked your form and it seems you have added "PayPal Website Payments Pro" payment tool. You may like to take a look at the following URL to check the list of countries where it is supported:  https://developer.paypal.com/docs/classic/api/#wpp

Okay, Ive checked the list and Ireland is not included on the list.
Is there anyway around this?
I have tried to go in and take card payment off but I cant. How do I do
this so it is just allowing PAYPAL?

I have just checked your Form . And it looks you have already set it for Paypal. After the submission, it redirects to Paypal.
