Encrypted Forms: How to generate and download a new private key file

I tried to set up encrypted forms but can't download the key

Hi, I ticked the box to set up encrypted forms, then I selected the option to generate a key.

When the key was generated it wouldn't let me download it, when I clicked nothing happened.  I am using Firefox v47.

Anyhow I thought I would try it again in a different browser, but now when I tick the box again nothing happens - I assume because the encryption is already set up on your end?  How do I reset the process so I can try and generate a new key?

I haven't created any encrypted forms yet so I won't lose any data if we reset it.

In order to get to the Encryption Wizard, please try to disable/enable the 'Encrypt Form Data' option via Preferences on any form.
