email submissions still not being recieved or sent to client

    hi there

    this is the 3rd time i have asked the question but still have not heard from anybody and it is causing us alot of grief

    we have 122 submissions made which we didnt know because we were not being emailed the notification. clients are also saying they havent received any emails either

     

    we have added different emails to the reply to/sender etc but doesnt make any difference. can you please message us back asap as this is causing havoc here!! we checked blocked email address which is fine, ip provider has whitelisted and tried everything else on the forum but still it wont change a thing

    I have the same issue. email addresses keep ending up in the bounce list.
