Good morning Jot Form family,
This is a huge project and I cannot have OOps messages going out. Please can you tell me why this message is going out and what can I do on my end? I didn't receive an Auto Responder nor a Notification, however I can see the submission in the submissions file in the back end of Jot Form. Please help. This doesnt look good for business.

I have tested your form and it worked great. I have completed the submission in your form and I can see that the email has been sent. Can you confirm if you receive this test? Please note that your form is integrated with Paypal. You'll only receive the form email once the payment is completed, the same with autoresponder email.
As for the error, I was able to submit your form without getting any error so please tell us what is the exact error message that you're getting so we can check further. You can find some of our error messages from this guide:

I received an email notification message when you started the process that comes after you enter your name and email address (John Smith). I DID NOT receive an email notification once you completed the process. However, I can see it in the back end of my submissions in my acct.
Also, there is no way for you to get the Ooops message unless you totally complete the form. When they ask if you want a Booth, click no. This will allow you to bypass the payment and get to the message that I am referring to.

I did the steps, I'm still not getting the error that you are referring to.
The email is also sent based on our logs, you have **********email@example.com in the form. Can you check? If you're not getting the email(s), I would suggest creating a new thread for that.

I just did it again and am still receiving the same message as before. However, I did receive your email notification. Unsure how that happened when I just did it too.

I'm getting the error only when editing and re-submitting your form submission. The form still works on new submission.
Can you confirm this? Getting the error only when editing a submission?

Not when editing and resubmitting. When I go through the entire process from the 1st and 2nd page is when I get the error message. When you just go through the 2nd page, you don't get the error message. Im just trying to figure out why this is happening and if there is some form of disconnect between pages 1 and 2. if so, its happening on all of the forms in my acct with 2 pages.

Thank you for the additional information. My bad, I should have asked you how to replicate it in my first reply. I see it now. I have tested your form all the way from the first form. I have also cloned your form and can replicate it there. I'm not sure what's causing it, but it is related to the file upload fields. It works with new form though so it's isolated with the form and the clone ones.
The issue is also happening when you edit the submission, think it's still related to the main issue.
I have now submitted this thread to our backend team for them to investigate further. If there are updates, you should know it through this thread.
For the meantime, enabling multi upload works so please try that:

Thank you so much for your diligence in helping me solve this problem. I have since turned Allow Multiple On for all of the forms and am waiting to hear what your backend team has to say.

We also found that the issue is related to the 'Send Uploads as Attachment' emails option in combination with the session saving method. I would like to recommend you to disable that option until this issue is fixed by our developers.
On the other note, the session saving method is different from the 'Continue Forms Later' autofill method. I would like to recommend you to disable the 'Continue Forms Later' option on your 'session saving' forms to receive consistent results. The session method will work right with disabled 'Continue Forms Later' option.
We will let you know when we have any updates from our developers.

We are sorry for the inconvenience! There was a problem with sending uploads as attachment with saved sessions. We've fixed the upload issue.
Please test your form and let me know if the issue still exists.
