    I changed the title and the name of the form but when I copy the link it uses the old title

    If you have issues with the form title that is shown in the Browser Page/Tab, inside of this guide you can find how to change it:

    The title says VPAC but I still get Vilar when I copy the published link into an email.
    The Title under Advanced - Show More ..shows the title s VPAC

    I'm assuming that you are referring to the notification titles. Notifications are not automatically updated when modifying the form. You would need to update the notification manually or recreate it so it will reflect all the modification made.
