How to create Pop Up form?

Hello,  I just signed up for JotForm and am very interested in adding to our site.  I am wanting the form to automatically pop up on our site on different pages like in the bottom right hand corner.  We currently use another service but the forms do not allow us to edit/add requested information like on Jot Form.  However, I don't see a form/template for an automatic "pop up form"  that will automatically pop up on site for customers to input information or exit the box.  

Do you have any of those forms?

You can do what you wish in two ways, as a form of regular pop-up or in a form of a LightBox.

Either way, you will have to copy the code and paste it in your website in order to make it work.

To create a pop-up, please follow:

1. Go to your form builder and click Publish:

2. Click Embed and from Embed Options choose Pop-up or LightBox:

Just copy the code provided and paste it into your website's code.
