I need to publish a form thru email?

I am trying to email a form (publish) and by the time I get to the captcha code..it won't allow me to send without entering code and then entering code and this is after numerous time restarting over.

Please note that Free accounts can only send 20 emails/hour outbound using that option. This is why you are getting the "Oops, reached your limits" error. To resolve this, simply wait for an hour so that the counter will reset, then you can send 20 emails again. Regards.
