    Hi to all the team Jotform!
     I would contact you because we are currently facing two problems with your forms.
     The first two of our forms, available via these links:

     Have problems with accents. The accents are replaced by: " � "

     Then we set up an automatic response to the person who contacts us via the form, however, the response falls into the spam folder of our customers, why?

     Thank you for doing your best to solve our two problems.

    I can see you have a portuguese language website. I checked the source of the page, and I think I found the problem


    So I would suggest you to change it to

     < meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html;  charset=Latin1" />

    Regarding to the spam issue , I can see you have 2 notifications set up , try to set up noreply@jotform.com , as shown below. Also, it is a good idea to set up a thank you page or a message on the form to let them know this might occur and that they have to check on the spam folder. Sometimes does it  due to custom security configurations on their email client.

    We have a site in the French language.

    If we put the noreply@jotform.com mail address, our customers will not be able to respond directly to this mail.

    oh you are right! I speak spanish and I rush to think it was portuguese :)  ( but it is similar, I guess)

    Regarding to your reply address, you can set up a hidden box with your email , and then set it up into your form, as shown in this snapshot


    Then, you can set it up into your email settings


    Hope this resolves the issue
