Absolutely, you can use your JotForm in any number of websites. You do not have to upgrade your account to be able to use JotForms in multiple websites. Since in free account you can only receive upto 100 submissions apart from other submission limit, you should upgrade your account to desired plan based on your anticipated number of submissions.
