Trouble previewing a form?

    I am having trouble previewing a form today. I consistently get the following from forms I have created today:

    Form not found
    This form is in restore mode, please try again later

    My apologies, your account was set to "Dormant" status due to inactivity.  I set your account to active status and your forms should be usable once again.

    If you still see this error, let us know and we will be happy to have another look.
