Taking credit card information online?

Hi,

Is there a ssl form that can be used to receive credit card information from the customer? We don't want to receive the payment, but we only require the customers to submit their credit card information/billing information to us if there is any update or change in that?

Unfortunately, we don't allow forms that you would collect a credit card information using our plain text fields. It is against our Terms of Use (http://www.jotform.com/terms/). Creating one will just result to automatic account suspension.
