I'd like to use the form from my site as a template. How can I do that?

I'd like to use the form from my site as a template: http://maximrealestateinvestments.com/your_property.php, how can I do that? I tried to import it, and when it asked for the keywords, I typed in the box, but no words displayed, and my website form did not show up. Amanda  a.maxim@yahoo.com

I have tried to import (clone) your form. Form that was created has only one field (keywords). 

It seems that it is not possible to import that form. 

However you form is not complex and can create it from scratch with our Form Builder.
