Notifications are not being forwarded to my email anymore.

    Please help my jotforms are not being forwarded to my email anymore after a few years of good service.

    I lapsed my payment due to changing banks and didn't realize that i didn't change it with you. but, I got it squared away a couple weeks ago but now i realize that it is not working properly anymore. I am not receiving the docs and image uploads via email called "New Ownership".

    Please help me...? I have included the url below. I forgot to include it the last time.
