Jotform is blocked by ESET

same error as before see screen shot attached

it's not just me email address 

the form is not sent to my jotform account. and 59 errors received

Jotform is safe and nothing to worry about it. If you keep on blocking Jotform, you'll get the error when you submit the form. You can click the "Ignore Threat" button to do that. Or, click the "Report an incorrectly blocked page" link. 

You can also whitelist Jotform in your ESET settings. Please check this guide from ESET to whitelist:
