Yes, it is possible to show or hide the "Next" button - the Page Break field of your form. You can simply use the show/hide type of conditions:
https://www.jotform.com/help/57-Smart-Forms-Using-Conditional-Logic
Here is a demo form depicting the show/hide condition set up on a Page Break field:
https://form.jotform.com/62031207073947
My condition in the demo form was set up as in the following image:
Please try it out, and if you need any further assistance with conditionally showing/hiding your Page Break field, please let us know the exact form you are working on, which Page Break on that form you are looking to show/hide and under which conditions, and we will be happy to provide steps crafted for your exact form and Page Break. Thanks

This does not seem to be currently possible, you can only hide or show both buttons, back and next, but I could not find a way to hide only one of them.
I will escalate this thread to our second level as a feature request, please do note that this may take some time; however, we will let you know once we receive updates regarding this request.
