    Visual Report: Charts get broken when they are edited.

    It seems this feature is still broken. I can create a report and it displays a default chart but as soon as you try and edit it, the graphics just disappear. I havetriedclearing browsercache (Chrome) and also run in MS Edge but same problem.

    I have checked the report you have for this form http://www.jotform.co/form/61986541250862 and I can see the issue: 

    I have just tested this on my end and I could not replicate it; however, I will escalate this thread to our second level so our developers will take a look to the issue and we will keep you updated via this thread. 

    Also, could you try creating a new report and editing it, please let us know if the issue still persists.

    Hi - I have created a new chart report called TEst Visual Report.As you can see, the first chart is OK, and I can edit the filters OK, however it only fails when I re-size the chart. 

    Resizing is important because often the original size is too small to be legible. I had the exact same problem 2 years ago (using a different account) and I thought it had been fixed!

    Thank you for the update. I made a test form and tried to resize the chart for its visual report, unfortunately I am unable to replicate your issue there. However, I have added your latest response in the ticket so that our developers can check it further based on your specifications. We will let you know on this thread once we have any updates.     This has been a problem in the past - I had similar problems in 2014 when
    using a different account.
    I may be wrong, but seem to recall it was a problem with your caching
    Yes I have created multiple reports to test this and the problem is
    consistent - cannot resize the report.
