Entry limits for check box not working properly

Hi,

entry limits on the check boxes on my form (FormID=62034468700956) are not working properly, i.e. I tried to limit the allowed entries from 1 to 1 but the form still lets all multiple boxes to be checked.

Upon reviewing your form, only the first check box option does not have the entry limits enabled. The others have the validation enabled:

I would recommend you to replace your check box  for radio button fields, if you want to avoid showing the messaging and having the user to uncheck the extra options.
