Based on your screenshot, it seems you are having issues with the following form:
In the Form Builder, you see that language which is selected as your JotForm account's language, which in your case is set to Deutsch. The Form Builder will show your payment tool translated to Deutsch:
However, when a form is being previewed and accessed over its direct link, it will always display in English instead:
This is indeed a bug, thank you for noticing and letting us know. We have a Language Translator tool that is intended for translating your form into other languages, but i see that even using the Language Translator tool to change the language to Deutsch or German does not have any impact on this text:
I have raised this as a bug to our developers, to see about making the correct translated version of your payment form appear when users select a language on your form.

A ticket is already open on this matter. For the meantime, all we can do is wait.
For the meantime, an alternative method is get the full HTML source of your form and replace the text in it. Here's the user guide on how to get your form's HTML source: https://www.jotform.com/help/104-How-to-get-the-Full-Source-Code-of-your-Form

i am still waiting for a solution in this case. This Bug makes integrating payment gateway impossible. to edit the html source is not fix the problem because then the whole form bugs in my wordpress installation. Can you give me an help out there? thx

hello, but i have to know if i can count with your form builder before i purchase the silver or gold plan or not. For that i need that i have a translated payment gateway. Please contact your developers and give me a notice. Thanks.

More than 3 Weeks ago i asked for a solution for that bad bug regarding the translation gateway. I am still waiting. How could it be that you are not able to solve that important function???
