Embedded videos not playing

    hi

    i have had a few users not be able to view moview in this form

    this is a screen shot from one such instance.....looks like a "letterbox" view

    please advise

    Unfortunately, the screenshot that you shared is not showing. Please check this thread on how to share images or screenshots here in the forum.

    I checked your form and the videos played automatically as I scrolled down. I am using Google Chrome. Do you know what browser are they using? It is possible that the video is not supported on their browsers. They might need to enable the Shockwave Flash plugin on their browsers.
