Thank you for reporting this matter to us. But for us to be able to understand fully the matter, can you share with us the type of file you're trying to upload? A complete file name and the extension will do.

My Reply: It won't let me choose a file to upload... So I can't tell youThe type of file. I click on upload and it takes me to the already uploaded pictures. It does not allow meTo look on my desktop to find anything to upload.I don't know how to communicate this any better other than exactly what I said. It won't let me choose becuase the "Upload" link/button seems to be broke.Thanks. -

I see that you're referring to the Image field on your form. Please note that you will first need to click on the "Choose File" button to select an image from your desktop. Once you have selected it, then you can click on the "Upload File" button. Please see the screen recording from a cloned version of your form below:
