    Hi, I don't know if you need to just show the first collapse open and the rest of the collapses as closed, as

    I have checked your form and it seems to have all the collapse sections as open.Try to change the first one to open and the rest as "closed" and see this helps,

    Hi,

    Inject this CSS Codes to your form. You can change the html color codes (bold part) to any colors you like. Hope this helps. Let us know if you need any further assistance. Thanks.

    .form-collapse-table{

    background: #B666D2 !important;  /*collapse background color */

    color: #FFFFFF !important;  /* font color */

    }

    form-header-group, .form-collapse-table, .form-pagebreak{

    text-shadow: none; /* remove text shadow */

    }

    background:-moz-linear-gradient( center top, #c579ff 5%, #a341ee 100% );

    filter:progid:DXImageTransform.Microsoft.gradient(startColorstr='#c579ff', endColorstr='#a341ee');

    background-color:#c579ff;

    -moz-border-radius:6px;

    -webkit-border-radius:6px;
