Can I add a jotform created application to an email?

It is possible to embed the source code of your form directly to an email, though many email providers will block certain portions or functionality of the form for security purposes.  The best way to send your form via email is to include the direct link to your form.  Your forms URL can be found by either previewing the form or clicking on the "Publish" button while editing your form:
