Why is the paypal payment integration for my form not working?

I have spoken to paypal and they stated that everything on our end was up and running smoothly; however when you hit the submit button it says there is an error.... Please help!!! I need to get this form out to our parents.

After investigating this issue further I believe the problem is due to your name being where your "paypal account email address" should be listed.
