Hello Support,
I have created a JotForm for an event registration and I have received enough submissions. Now, I need to confirm their participation.
Can I duplicate this form, add one more additional field 'Confirmation' (radio button with YES or NO) and display with their respective data and ask the user to only select the 'Confirmation' field and submit it?
Hope am clear.
Thank you for all your support!
Best regards,
Lax

If you want to let the users to update the same submission, you may add a new field to the form. However, you may need to send the Edit link of each submission for the respective users. The Email newsletters app could help you with this.
You may also edit the submission from your end from the submissions view as well after adding the new field.
Hope this information helps!

Hi Lax;
You can of course add a radio button with yes/no options and also edit mandatory field to specify which information you have to know.To edit mandotory field; you should click the area you want to edit and after that you should click mandatory icon which is at the above menu When you make changing at your form, the form will be updated automatically at the platform you have already shared.
However, you may need to send an email to the users. This link ( https://apps.jotform.com/app/email_newsletters ) can help you to send an email to all the users who have submitted your form.
